I have lived with last stage cancer treatment since 2010.
Every round of the treatment comes with its own challenges especially in terms of weight gains, weight loss, changes in energy levels, mood swings, and changing taste buds and cuisine preferences.

Asha and I have worked closely since 2016-17 on not just my diet, but also the fitness regime, and my overall well being.
The kind of food I needed to eat, the portions, the lifestyle I have had to lead, have varied in every relapse, depending on the different medicines and the kind of side effects that kicked in.

SUPER SEEDS
